As Filly we value every client and need to be upfront with you from the start to avoid any unnecessary disappointments. We have had an overwhelming response to our PAY & WAIT sale and as the Filly team we are fully committed to ensure that your order finds it way home to you asap. We have already delivered 25% of all the orders from exiting stock at hand or that we could manufacture since we launched the special 2 weeks ago.
We do however face some limitations that you need to be aware of:
1. We have received an overwhelming response from all our amazing Filly clients to this PAY & WAIT special.
2. Secondly, our manufacturing is only allowed to operate at 20% capacity due to lockdown regulations.
3. Lastly, we are totally dependent on our Tannery to supply our leather as we started to run out of some of our leather colours, the good news is that the Tannery is slowly starting up and our leather order will be prioritise.
We are truly sorry that you might have to wait, but our commitment stands that we will do everything in our ability to get your Filly product to you as soon as possible.
